zapp.fit lets you snap meals or send audio to get calorie and full nutrient breakdowns. It may suggest meal plans or streak reminders, but it is not a medical device and does not replace professional advice.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of meal photos, audio, and text you submit. You grant zapp.fit a license to process, analyze, and display that content to deliver nutrition insights, history, and analytics. Do not upload content you don’t have rights to share.

Do not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content; do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; do not misrepresent nutritional data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Paid plans (e.g., photo/audio analysis history, analytics) are billed per pricing in the app. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Taxes may apply. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of nutrition data or fitness outcomes, and projections are estimates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zapp.fit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. The “last updated” date will reflect the latest change.
